Sasha Dugdale to co-direct Winchester Poetry Festival

The poet, editor and translator SASHA DUGDALE joins KEIREN PHELAN as Artistic Co-Director of Winchester Poetry Festival. She succeeds STEPHEN BOYCE, who remains a member of the festival’s board.
