News – West End theatre still buoyant

Following speculation in the media about the effect of the events of September 11 on London?s West End, Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG), the second largest theatre-owning group across the UK which owns nine West End theatres and nine regional venues, has released information about its recent audience figures.
Far from indicating a down-turn, attendance figures for ATG venues show a 3% increase in the West End in comparison with the same time last year, and a 12% increase in the regions.
