The future of arts and culture is to be the focus of a month of debate this November, hosted by the Institute of Ideas working in partnership with key arts centres and institutions including Tate Modern, British Museum, the Museums Association, and Battersea Arts Centre.
Speakers will include Labour MP Mark Fisher; Colin Mercer, Director of the Cultural Policy and Planning Research Unit at Nottingham Trent University; and Tom Morris, Artistic Director of Battersea Arts Centre.
