Felicity Harvest (pictured) has been appointed as the new Regional Executive Director of Southern & South East Arts. Formerly Chief Executive of South East Arts, she becomes head of one of the nine regions that, together with the national office,make up England?s new national arts funding and development organisation.

Former Arts Council of England Executive Director of Planning & Resources, Graham Long has joined English National Opera as Operations Director.

Director of The Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester since 1983, Dr Patrick Greene will take up the position of Chief Executive Officer of Museum Victoria, Melbourne in August. He replaces Dr George MacDonald who has become Director of Seattle?s State Natural and Cultural History Museum.

Oily Cart Theatre has announced the appointment of Deborah Williams (pictured) as its new Administrator. Deborah graduated from the Independent Theatre Council?s Fasttrack Arts Administrators Course in 2001 and has previously worked in Disability Arts and Fringe Theatre as an actress, stage and venue manager, outreach worker, producer and writer.
