The National Campaign for the Arts has announced the appointment of Louise de Winter as its new Director. She is currently Director of External Relations at the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council (MLA) and prior to that worked for the lobbying consultancy Citigate Public Affairs. Chloë Reddaway has joined as the new Campaigns Manager.

Bryan Heiser, a Trustee of Drake Music since 2004, has become Chair of its Board of Trustees. He takes over from Hilary Came, who served as Chair for five years. She was previously Refugee and Asylum Officer at Salford Museum and Art Gallery. Head of Fundraising & Communications, Veronica Martin, is leaving Drake Music to become head of the trusts and major donors team at the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MND).

Paul and Julia Lewis, Head of Marketing and Marketing and Sales Manager at The Mayflower in Southampton, have left the theatre after nearly 20 years to set up an arts marketing and PR consultancy, The Lewis Experience.

Eva Martinez has joined Dance4 as Artistic Programme Manager. Previously at Laban as Transitions Dance Company Manager, she succeeds Genevieve Martin, who has left to pursue a freelance career.

After two years as Artistic Director of Hextable Dance Development Centre, Richard Whistler (pictured) is joining DanceEast as Programme Manager, and Sally Easton (pictured) is moving from Mid Suffolk District Council to become Marketing and Press Manager. Emma Reed has been promoted to Programme Co-ordinator, and Claire Bourgein and Emma Harrington join as Assistant Programme Co-ordinator and Programme Assistant.

The British Arts Festivals Association has appointed Kim Hart to the post of part-time Administrator and Peter Bolton as Development Consultant.
