PETER LEATHEM, CEO at PPL, the licencing body for recorded music, has been named as the new chairman at specialist healthcare charity the British Association for Performing Arts Medicine (BAPAM). He takes over from RICHARD PRICE, who retired in July after 12 years.

FEI, the UK based international cultural consultancy, has announced that GRAHAM SHEFFIELD, until recently global Director Arts at the British Council, will join the agency as an Associate Director to undertake consulting projects. He was previously Artistic Director of the Barbican Centre in London and Music Projects Director at the Southbank Centre.
