CLARE REDDINGTON has taken over as CEO of Watershed, leading alongside Executive Director MIRIAM RANDALL. Reddington, who joined Watershed in 2004 and established the organisation’s Creative Technology and international programmes, will continue as Creative Director alongside her new position. Current CEO DICK PENNY, who has led the organisation for 20 years, will take on the leadership of Watershed Ventures.
