Sage Gateshead’s founding General Director ANTHONY SARGENT CBE (pictured) is standing down after 15 years in post. Founding Director KATHERINE ZESERSON, who is currently Director of Learning and Participation, is also leaving.

The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance has appointed PROFESSOR DAN HOWARD as its Chairman. Howard spent 25 years working in academia before his retirement in 2012.
PAULA SUSSEX is the new Chief Executive of the Charity Commission. Currently Senior Vice President, Public Sector at the consulting and outsourcing firm CGI, she succeeds SAM YOUNGER.
Head of Arts and Culture at the University of Exeter, DOMINIC JINKS is the new Executive Director for Plymouth’s Culture Board. He was previously Head of Resource Development at Arts Council England and a co-founder of The British Touring Shakespeare Company.
