RIC WATTS, an independent producer who has worked with Unlimited Theatre and Chris Goode & Company, is to join Manchester’s Royal Exchange Theatre as Senior Producer from October. He replaces RICHARD MORGAN, who will leave in 2017 to work as a freelance producer.
Creative Director of Imove Arts and Chair of Red Ladder Theatre TESSA GORDZIEJKO is to become Executive Director of Unlimited Theatre. She replaces MARK HOLLANDER, who leaves to become Executive Director at Phoenix Dance Theatre.
REBECCA KANE BURTON, currently Vice President and General Manager at the O2, has been appointed Managing Director of Really Useful Theatres.
Currently a Performance Advisor for Inspiring Scotland and Creative Director of Our Creative World, RACHAEL BROWN has been appointed Chief Executive of the Cultural Enterprise Office.

The UK’s longest serving Culture Minister ED VAIZEY, who has been in post since 2010, has been sacked in the Government reshuffle alongside Culture Secretary JOHN WHITTINGDALE. The new Culture Minister is MATTHEW HANCOCK, former Minister for the Cabinet Office and Paymaster General.

JOHN WHITTINGDALE, Culture Secretary since May 2015, has been sacked as part of Theresa May’s cabinet reshuffle. He has been replaced by KAREN BRADLEY, a former Home Office minister.
