TERESA EARLY, founder and Artistic Director of Theatre Peckham, which specialises in offering accessible professional training and opportunities to young Londoners, is to step down after 33 years. She will become the theatre’s Director Emeritus, a role that will involve supporting alumni in performing and creating their own work, and developing the Theatre’s new archive.
RACHEL CROW is the new PR Officer at Hull New Theatre in East Yorkshire. Previously Marketing Co-Ordinator for Hull UK City of Culture, and prior to that Marketing and Press Officer at Bradford Theatres, she has taken over from NATALIE MURPHY.
VICKI TAYLOR is leaving Hull Truck Theatre, where she has been Press Officer for the past three years, to become the new Marketing and Communications Executive for Bee in the City in Manchester, a public sculpture trail.

Artistic Director of London’s The Place, RICHARD ALSTON, is stepping down after 24 years to concentrate on his own dance company.
Artsadmin has appointed DEBORAH CHADBOURN as its new Executive Director, succeeding GILL LLOYD who steps down after 33 years. Chadbourn joins the organisation from Music in the Round in Sheffield, where she has been Executive Director since 2010.
The new Chief Executive of the Dorchester-based Arts Development Company is SARAH JAMES. Former Deputy Director of Situations Trust, James joins from the Architecture Centre in Bristol, where she was Director. She replaces MIKE HOSKIN, who has semi-retired.
Serendipity, the diversity-led arts organisation in Leicester, has appointed composer SAM WARREN as its new Creative Development Manager. He is joined by COURTNEY BEADLE, who takes on the role of Administrative Assistant
MARI MARTIN, most recently Head of Arts and Events at Norfolk County Council, and NICKY STAINTON, former CEO of Creative Arts East, have joined forces to set up an arts consultancy firm.
The Editor of the Financial Times, LIONEL BARBER, has been appointed as Chair of the Board of Trustees for Tate galleries.
DAVID JOHNSON, who until recently was Head of Development at the Albany in Deptford, has been appointed as Head of Programme at Arts Fundraising & Philanthropy, as it becomes a Sector Support Organisation in Arts Council England’s national portfolio.
