DEBBIE WILLIAMS JARDINE, a Founder Director of Déda dance centre in Derby, will join DanceXchange as Interim CEO for a year from June. She will lead the organisation through to the end of International Dance Festival Birmingham and takes over from DAVID MASSINGHAM, who steps down after 17 years as Artistic Director and CEO.
Opera festival The Grange has selected WAYNE MCGREGOR as its first Director of Dance. He will oversee the artistic direction of Dance @ The Grange.
The Royal Scottish National Orchestra (RSNO) has selected THOMAS SØNDERGÅRD to be the 58th leader of the orchestra’s artistic team, succeeding Music Director PETER OUNDJIAN from September 2018.
Dance Consortium has appointed FIONA ROSS as Learning and Participation Coordinator. Ross, who was previously Director of Learning and Engagement at Sadler’s Wells, will divide her time between Dance Consortium and the Mayor of London’s office, where she will continue in her part-time role as Senior Policy Officer in social policy and culture.
Following the departure of LINDSAY KEMP as Artistic Director of the London Festival of Baroque Music after ten years in post, SÉBASTIEN DAUCÉ has been appointed as the first annual Guest Artistic Director.

CLARE CONNOR will be the new Chief Executive of The Place. Currently Director of Business Development at Southbank Centre, and previously Director of Stratford Circus Arts Centre, she will take up her new role in September.
SOPHIE WATSON will be leaving the Bush Theatre to become Executive Producer at English Touring Theatre (ETT). She replaces JANE CLAIRE, who will continue to be involved in the talent development programme ETT FORGE.
