DEREK ALDRIDGE is moving from Swindon’s Wyvern Theatre and Arts Centre to become the new venue Director at G Live, Guildford, after nine years with the venue. He previously held positions with the Everyman Theatre in Gloucestershire and the historic Town Hall in Cheltenham.

Scottish Contemporary Art Network has appointed CLARE HARRIS as Director. She comes from a background in publishing and communications and previously worked for CCA, Trongate 103, and Glasgow International.

CARLOS ACOSTA CBE, award-winning former Principal of the Royal Ballet, has been appointed as Birmingham Royal Ballet’s new Director. He will replace current Director DAVID BINTLEY CBE in January 2020.
The Board of Chichester Festival Theatre has appointed KATHY BOURNE as Executive Director. She returns to the Theatre where she was Associate and Festival Producer between 2006 and 2015, when she left to become business manager for Jonathan Church Productions.
LINDSEY PUGH is leaving her role as Executive Creative Producer for Creative Barking and Dagenham, one of Arts Council England’s Creative People and Places programmes, to become Director of Programmes at Wac Arts.
Following the departure of Senior Producer LOUISA DAVIS at the end of February, MICHELLE BARNETTE will take over as Producer at the King's Head Theatre. Her most recent production, SPARKS, won Best Musical at the Edinburgh Fringe.
Marketing agency Joe Public Limited has announced the appointment of LISA POPHAM, formerly Chief Operating Officer at Dewynters, as Managing Partner, and CON GORNELL, previously Executive Vice President, Marketing at Warner Bros. Pictures, as Chair of the Board.
The new Head of Press and External Affairs for London Symphony Orchestra, CHRISTOPHER MILLARD, took up his position last week, moving from his role in Communications and Marketing at the Royal College of Art. He was previously at the Royal Opera House, Glyndebourne, the National Theatre and RSC.
Wexford Festival Opera has named ROSETTA CUCCHI as its next Artistic Director, succeeding DAVID AGLER after this year’s festival. She has a long-term association with the festival where she acted as a répétiteur in 1995, was appointed the Associate to the Artistic Director in 2005, and has directedfour operas.
FIONA MACTAGGART, Chair of The Fawcett Society and former parliamentarian, is taking over from GEORGE OWEN MBE as Chair of Omnibus Theatre. Owen will become honorary president of the theatre.
