New Chairman of the Royal College of Music

LORD BLACK OF BRENTWOOD, a member of the Royal College of Music’s Council since 2009, is to become Chairman of Council from August 2017. He will replace Professor LORD WINSTON, whose tenure comes to an end after ten years.
