Gibson to leave Liverpool for Edinburgh

FIONA GIBSON, Chief Executive at Liverpool’s Everyman & Playhouse will succeed DUNCAN HENDRY as CEO of Capital Theatres, the trust which runs the King’s and Festival theatres on behalf of City of Edinburgh Council. Previously involved in the capital development programme at the Octagon Theatre, Bolton, she will be lead the £25m refurbishment of the King’s Theatre after taking on her new role in April 2020.
