A new board chair, executive director and head of communications and development are joining the National Centre for Writing (NCW).
Norwich City Council Leader ALAN WATERS is replacing current Chair PAM HENDERSON. He is a current board member at NCW and on Arts Council England's South East Area Board.
PEGGY HUGHES will become Executive Director. NCW's current Head of Programmes since 2017, Hughes is also Chair of Literature Alliance Scotland and on the board of publishers at 404ink.
The new Head of Communications and Development is PAULA SANCHEZ. Throughout her career, Sanchez has worked with Norwich Theatre, Norfolk & Norwich Festival, Out Loud Music and Sound City Ipswich.
