Following the election of JEREMY CORBYN MP as Leader of the Labour Party, MICHAEL DUGHER, MP for Barnsley East, has been appointed Shadow Culture Secretary. Formerly Shadow Transport Secretary, he replaces CHRIS BRYANT MP, who becomes Shadow Leader of the House of Commons.
