The review includes a stakeholder survey, though which 100 ?key players? will be asked for their view on the future role of the Commission. Among the ideas under consideration are ways of enhancing the Commission?s role as an advocate for the sector and the possibility of introducing fines for non-compliance with Commission deadlines.
