Aisling Bryce (pictured), previously Events and Exhibitions Co-ordinator with the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland, has been appointed as Director of Lyth Arts Centre, Caithness. She replaces William Wilson, who is retiring.

Richard Wigley, Head of Performance and Programming at the Royal Northern College of Music, will be taking over from Brian Pidgeon as General Manager of the BBC Philharmonic.

Paul Crewes, Producer of West Yorkshire Playhouse, is leaving to join Jude Kelly as Producer for Metal. He will be replaced by Henrietta Duckworth, who is currently at the Queen?s Theatre, Hornchurch.

Claire Duffy (pictured) is the new Community Partnership Co-ordinator at National Museums Liverpool. Chrissy Partheni has been appointed Head of Museum Partnerships to replace Rachel Mulhearn, who has moved to Merseyside Maritime Museum.

Julie Tait will be the new Director of Glasgow Grows Audiences. She is currently commercial director of The Lighthouse, Scotland?s National Centre for Architecture, Design and the City.

Andrew Cornall, Senior Executive Producer for Decca Music Group, is to join the management of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic as Executive Director.

Michael Richardson is the new Artistic Director and Chief Executive at West Lothian Youth Theatre, where he has taken over from Scott Johnstone.

Dancer and choreographer Glenn Wilkinson, is leaving Rambert Dance to become Head of Performance at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance.
