News - Equity approval for actors in training

Interact, a leading UK exponent of using creative arts for experiential training, has gained approval from Equity for its contracts for professional actor services.
This means that for the first time, the actors it employs will have their work in business training and development officially recognised, and Equity will also accept into membership those actors who present Interact contracts as evidence of professional work. Interact has worked with over 1,200 professional actors, writers, directors, consultants and facilitators across the UK, and is listed as one of the UK?s top 100 fastest-growing businesses over the past three years.
