KATIE MOFFAT is joining Substrakt as Head of Sector Engagement for Europe, a newly created role within the company.
Moffat has worked for cultural and heritage organisations for more than 15 years, most recently as Head of Digital at The Audience Agency.
She has also been a digital consultant for the National Lottery Heritage Fund for three years and is Vice Chair of digital arts charity Abandon Normal Devices.
