The House of Lords EU Committee says that multi-country, multi-entry visas allowing cultural workers to make short term visits between the UK and the EU would support touring when freedom of movement ends after Brexit.

New funding aims to bring disabled artists into the mainstream of European dance and theatre, and build a network committed to presenting their work.

The rate of volunteering at clubs and organisations has not recovered to the levels last seen in 2013/14, and the percentage of people giving to charity has also fallen over the same period.

As well as receiving core funding from the Lottery, Arts Council England’s National Portfolio Organisations were awarded over half of all Strategic and Capital funding last year.

From this year, English and Welsh charities will have to provide the Charity Commission with a breakdown of staff remuneration by income band, as well as the total income and benefits of their highest paid employee.
