Critics challenge fundraising strategy for Art Gallery refurbishment

Opposition leaders have accused Aberdeen City Council of failing to hold fundraising consultants accountable for the work they have been doing to help plug a “a multi-million pound black hole which is being covered by each and every taxpayer in Aberdeen.”
