The Yvonne Arnaud Theatre in Guilford has been given Grade II listed status by Culture Minister Ed Vaizey. The theatre receives the listing to mark its significance as “fine example” of post war architecture, citing the exposed concrete structure and auditorium being of particular interest. The distinctive round theatre was built between 1963 and 1965 and was designed by architect John Brownrigg of Scott Brownrigg and Turner.
