Rose Bruford College and Leicester’s Curve theatre are to collaborate in support of emerging talent, benefitting both students at the college and those involved in the theatre’s learning and participation schemes. The partnership will take the form of work placements and a summer training school for those entering and working in the technical theatre industry. Professor Michael Earley, Principal and Chief Executive of Rose Bruford College, said: “Curve is a stunning and well-resourced professional arts complex - maybe the best in the UK - that offers training opportunities that will take our students and graduates beyond the resources of any drama school. Our job together is to train the next generation of theatre designers and technicians to go on to good jobs and satisfying careers.”
