The UK’s largest theatre owner and operator, the Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG), has announced a graduate scheme to train the next generation of leaders for commercial theatre. The pilot scheme will be open to two graduates who will join the company in September 2014, but it is hoped the scheme will grow in future. The two-year programme will include a number of placements at both theatres and offices and will develop theatre administration and management skills. The new initiative will complement ATG’s existing learning and development programmes for interns and technical apprentices.
