Sound and Music programme to support diversity in new music

Sound and Music have launched ‘Pathways’, a coaching, mentoring and talent development initiative for composers and music creators. A three-year study into its programme applicants found that only 7% reported a disability and 26% described their ethnicity as anything other than White British.
