ROH Music Director’s salary rises to over £700k

Sir Antonio Pappano’s salary rose to £737,424 for the year ending 30 August 2015, made up of £101,186 in base pay and ‘additional fees’ for conducting performances. In the same year the Royal Opera House’s income grew by £14m and it received £28.5m in funding from Arts Council England.
