£900k cultural funding scheme launched in Belfast

The three-year funding scheme, delivered by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland and Belfast City Council, will focus on supporting collaborations between community groups and cultural organisations to address social and economic barriers currently preventing people from arts participation.
