NI Culture Minister accused of favouritism in funding

Sinn Fein Culture, Arts and Leisure Minister Carál Ní Chuilín is to face a committee hearing over allegations that money was “poured” into the West Belfast Festival, which is managed by four senior members of Sinn Fein.
