Harry Potter play turns away holders of touted tickets

London's Palace Theatre is refusing entry to anyone who has knowingly bought a ticket from a tout. Producers Sonia Friedman and Colin Callender stressed the importance of accessible pricing and condemned the secondary ticket market as “an industry-wide plague”.
