Frances Morris is bookie’s favourite to become new Tate head

William Hill has given Tate Modern Director Frances Morris the shortest odds for replacing Sir Nicholas Serota as Director of Tate galleries. She is followed by Maria Balshaw, Director of Manchester’s Whitworth Gallery, and Iwona Blazwick, Director of the Whitechapel Gallery in London.
