Chapter argues the case for century-long lease

Planning for a major development with the Arts Council of Wales and Cardiff University will progress further if Cardiff Council will grant Chapter Arts Centre a 125-year long lease on its buildings. The move would see annual costs of £10,250 reduced to just a peppercorn rent.
