Chairman of damning Literature Wales review calls critics ‘arrogant’

Professor Medwin Hughes has hit out at critics, including the Arts Council of Wales, who labelled his review into the country’s publishing infrastructure imbalanced and inaccurate, and said he was “shocked” by some of the accounts he was given of the industry.
