Campaigners win reprieve for Dudley Hippodrome

The building closed as a bingo hall in 2009 and has not been used as a theatre since the 1960s, but Black Country Hippodrome Ltd – the group that has been battling to reopen it – has been given a five-year lease to give it time to develop "viable propositions" for the theatre.
