Bradford angered at regional distribution of arts funds in the North

Bradford Council is questioning whether priority is given to bigger northern cities, since finding Leeds received 11 times more per head from Arts Council England. The Arts Council responds by questioning the usefulness of comparing different cities’ spending per person.
