English National Ballet (ENB) has teamed up with fashion designer Vivienne Westwood to launch a new brand image for the company. As well as a new logo intended to represent both speech marks and shoes en pointe, the launch includes brand images by stylists, designers and photographers interpreting themes from individual shows using Westwood’s designs. The new look is the brainchild of Tamara Rojo, the company’s new Artistic Director, who described the campaign as being the start of a commitment to working with people in other artforms. She said of Westwood: “It’s a dream come true to be able to collaborate with someone of such stature. Her designs capture the creativity and ambition of our dancers who, in turn, add drama and movement to the clothes.”
