After 12 years, NATALIE WILSON is leaving the Theatre Centre to "pursue new creative avenues". Wilson, who is also Joint CEO, has overseen more than 20 new commissions during her time with the schools' theatre producer. Recruitment is under way for an interim Artistic Director.

SARAH HORNER, currently Head of Marketing and Communications for BBC National Orchestra of Wales, will succeed CLARE WILLIAMS as the new CEO at Cardiff-based inclusive theatre company Hijinx. Sir PETER LUFF is stepping down as Chair of The National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) and National Heritage Memorial Fund at the end of the year. Sir Peter, whose second term as chair was due to run until the end of March 2021, has made the decision for health reasons – last year he revealed he had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s.

AINSLIE RODDICK, Curator at the Centre for Contemporary Arts Glasgow, will join the Isle of Skye's ATLAS Arts as its new Artistic Director/CEO in November. She is also the founder of The Glasgow Seed Library and co-founder of open source publishing space Publication Studio Glasgow.
Californian RYAN BANCROFT has been appointed as the BBC National Orchestra of Wales’ (BBC NOW) new Principal Conductor. He first worked with BBC NOW in 2018, conducting Beethoven and Weber, and returned in May to conduct a contemporary programme as part of the Vale of Glamorgan Festival. The 2018 winner of the Malko Competition for Young Conductors will formally take on the new role from September 2020.
JERRY GUNN is stepping down as Rose Theatre Kingston’s Executive Producer. He joined the company in 2006 and went on to become Executive Producer in 2013, working alongside Chief Executive ROBERT O’DOWD. Gunn will continue a working relationship with the company on special projects in a freelance capacity.
