Wales commits to helping young people take part in arts activities

‘Pupil Offer’, a new Welsh Government scheme, will support pupils from poorer backgrounds to work with organisations in the arts, science, sport, culture and heritage. The announcement follows the publication of a report, which revealed that young people from low income backgrounds engage less in arts and culture than their peers.
