Unite union finds Edinburgh Fringe workers paid £3.40 an hour

Edinburgh City Council has announced plans to investigate claims by Unite that workers at the Fringe were not paid minimum wage, and workers in council-owned venues had their hours cut with 24 hours’ notice.
