UK students are ‘shunning’ arts and humanities subjects

After this year’s publication of A-level and GCSE results, the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) notes that university students are favouring more practical subjects at degree level as the value of the UK’s creative industries is underestimated.
