Trust’s plans to take over Town Hall receives £100k boost

Trowbridge Town Hall Trust is planning to take over the Town Hall from Wiltshire Council and turn it into an arts centre. The grant comes from Social Investment Business’ £26m pot for helping organisations take over the running of public services and facilities.
