Study shows benefits of culture

A study examining the importance of Structural Funds in European cities, regions and countries and is now available online. Commissioned by the European Parliament, ‘The use of Structural Funds for Cultural Projects’ shows how cities develop their economies and improve their social fabric through culture. It highlights the different impacts of cultural investment, ranging from urban regeneration, social cohesion, jobs, innovation, heritage preservation, education and tourism.
