Student influx could damage Belfast cultural quarter

The nature and ambience of Belfast's newly regenerated Cathedral Quarter cultural hub risks being fundamentally altered by the massive expansion of student accommodation blocks being planned nearby by the University of Ulster, warns festival boss.
