South London pub to be reborn as theatre space

Bellingham’s Fellowship Inn is to benefit from a £4m restoration, which will see the upper hall of the pub become a live music and theatre venue, with space for 250 people standing or 150 people sitting, and the creation of music studios and a cinema. The building will become home to charity Lewisham Music.
