Royal Opera House criticised for ‘alienating’ ticket policy

The London venue has sold the vast majority of seats for a hotly-anticipated performance of Fidelio starring Jonas Kaufmann to its members, meaning only hundreds out of more than 13,000 tickets are available to the general public.
