The Really Useful Group splits to pursue international growth

Under a demerger, the six London theatres owned and managed by Lord Lloyd-Webber's theatre company are now run by Really Useful Theatres. A second company, The Really Useful Group, will develop and exploit the rights to the composer’s back catalogue of songs and musicals through film, arena tours and merchandising.
