The oldest part of the Royal Shakespeare Company’s Stratford upon Avon theatre has been granted £2.8m from the Heritage Lottery Fund for restoration work. Plans are in place for the refurbished grade two listed building to include an exhibition showing work behind the scenes at the RSC. The work will be completed by 2016.
