£12m performing arts centre for County Down

The new centre, to be built opposite the South Eastern Regional College campus in Bangor, will include a 350-seat theatre and rehearsal studios, along with a technology innovation centre with teaching facilities for students. The project was shelved in 2010 but is now to be funded by the Department for Employment and Learning.
