Pontio arts centre development has been a “shambles”

Bangor University cancelled its opening production and refunded tickets at the last minute, despite having been warned six months earlier that its £44m arts centre was at high risk of being delayed and running over budget. A former Welsh Culture Minister is calling for an independent and external audit as soon as the project is finished.
