Patrick Brill to run against Michael Gove in next general election

The artist who works under the pseudonym Bob and Roberta Smith says he will run against the ex-Education Secretary – who has been accused of marginalising arts in schools – in his Surrey Heath constituency, “to raise the issue of the importance of the arts”.
